This is a live in-person class in Los Angeles at Adarsh’s home

Let's gather on this powerful day of the Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio, the sign of transformation, to awaken to your Soul Song through deep listening and meditation (Silence) and honest expression through the voice, chanting, and through movement, Celestial Communication (Sound).

This Eclipse calls on us to embrace and see the parts of us where we feel unworthy, and to discover not only their lovability, but their deep wisdom and joy.

After the class, there will be a light dinner and community time. Kitcheree (lentils, rice, veggies) meal will be served with yogi tea.
