Join Adarsh for a sacred ceremony of listening, opening your voice, and moving with sacred sound to awaken the connection to your soul. 

The practice of listening to and singing sacred sounds, coupled with the purposeful inclusion of arm and hand movements, is called Celestial Communication. This is a beautiful and creative way to embody the sacred sound of mantra and to express the internal energetic patterns on the outside. By participating in Celestial Communication, you create a visceral imprint of the mantra into your being, on a cellular level, that is sustained far beyond the practice. This is an experience of grace and remembrance.

The results of this practice include being more attuned, balanced, and relaxed, all of which contributes to natural healing. It deepens the relationship with your soul and will support balance and healing in other relationships as well. Practitioners describe experiencing more confidence, self-love and kindness, creativity and sense of purpose.

Bio: 

Adarsh’s first loves were music and dance, which she studied from the age of three. These were her most original expressions of the divine, of creativity and a way to connect to the soul. In 1999, she expanded into a dedicated study of yoga, meditation, human consciousness and healing. Adarsh soon became a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a creator and teacher of Celestial Communication, for which she is most known. She shares these practices with an emphasis on self-love, receptivity and grace, in her hometown of Los Angeles and internationally.
