Join Adarsh on this auspicious day of All Saints and Day of the Dead for a 2-hour workshop in Celestial Communication (CC). CC is a choreographed meditative movement with the upper body. It gently releases, heals, and aligns you with your soul and your innate creativity, love and joy. The movements are created with mantras and healing sounds; the shifts occur because of the new vibratory frequency experienced in the cells of your body and in your aura.

For this special day, we will focus on:

• creating a cozy relationship with your own soul, which all other relationships are based upon, so that you experience love and being cherished for being who you are

• healing your ancestral lineage, allowing for forgiveness and release so that you can feel supported by the undying souls of your ancestors and carry the best qualities forward for future generations.

• connecting with the eternal source of love that flows through you and with you at all times so that you can be a conduit of love on this earth.

Event space: on the beautiful rooftop with open sky, top floor of parking garage. Covid-19 protocols are in place including but not limited to temperature checks, 8ft spacing between yoga mats, sanitization stations, and disinfecting of all high touch surfaces.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a warm relaxation blanket. There is free parking on the 2nd Level of the building.
