On this longest night of the year, before the light begins to increase again, who are you, and who do you want to become in this next cycle? And who is there to be but your most whole authentic self?

Join Adarsh for this workshop in Celestial Communications (upper body moving meditations to mantras), to tune in deeply to who you are at your core, releasing all other masks, fears, doubts and inhibitions. Trust yourself that you are created so beautifully and that you have a divine and human purpose on this earth like no other.

Bring your journal or paper and pen, as we will move through a series of Celestial Communications, and will also explore your own communication with your soul through writing.

Are you ready to birth yourself into this new cycle and this new world? Take this time to see the unseen parts of yourself so that you can share these gifts with yourself and others.

All this will take place on our rooftop and as always our Covid-19 protocols will include temperature checks, 8ft spacing between yoga mats, sanitization stations, and disinfecting of all high touch surfaces.

Please bring a face covering, yoga mat, extra layers, and relaxation blanket.
