Adarsh is sharing a class called “Embodying the Sacred Sound with Celestial Communication”.

Sacred Sound is soothing to body, mind and soul. When practiced with deep listening and sensing (Sunni-ia), as well as repetition (Japa), it is profoundly healing. The experience can bring balance and wisdom. 

In Celestial Communication, arm and hand movements are added as an expression of the sacred sound; they are an embodiment of the sound. When you embody the sound, you can feel the vibration through your physical (as well as energetic) body. You create a visceral imprint of the mantra into your being that carries with you beyond the moment. This is an experience of receptivity to the sound, and ultimately of grace. 

Join Adarsh for an introduction to and experience of this embodiment practice. Allow it to deepen your experience and relationship to mantra and sacred sound. Adarsh will also share about how this can be incorporated into both your personal and teaching practice.
